Frequently asked
Is the review fee refundable?
No. It pays for the assessment itself, and once the application has entered the queue it is not returned whether the outcome is an approval or a refusal.
Can I edit the application before paying?
Yes. Until the review fee is paid the application can be edited or withdrawn. After payment the file is locked.
Who can see my documents?
Only you and the financing reviewer assigned to it. They are not reachable through the public file route.
Can a company apply?
Yes. A company application requires a company already registered on the platform and owned by your account; ownership is verified server-side.
