Exporting means selling your goods to a buyer in another country. You don't need a foreign office or an international marketing team — you need a good product and knowledge of the right path.
Servat Land paves this path step by step: from product showcase and finding buyers to multilingual negotiation, escrow payment, freight, insurance and export documents — all on one platform with one account.

Six steps to your first export
From creating an account to receiving payment — every step has a clear milestone, and the platform guides you along.
01Sign up & verification
Create an account in minutes and upload your company documents; once verified, a “verified” badge appears next to your name.
02Showcase your product or need
Publish your product with images and technical specs, or if you're not sure exactly what you need, post your requirement as an RFQ and receive offers.
03Negotiation & agreement
Chat with automatic translation in five languages; agree on price, payment terms and Incoterms, and receive a proforma invoice.
04Escrow payment
The buyer deposits the payment into the platform's escrow; the money stays protected with the platform until the goods arrive safely, and is transferred to no one before that.
05Freight & insurance
Choose among partner carriers, buy cargo insurance and issue shipping documents from the order panel — all with online tracking.
06Delivery & fund release
The buyer confirms safe receipt, and the funds are released from escrow to your account — that simple.

Export documents at a glance
Every international deal needs a standard set of documents; on Servat Land they are generated from the order data and downloadable from your panel.
Proforma invoice
The first offer document — it fixes price, terms and lead time before the final order.
Commercial invoice
The main document of the shipment's value for customs and banks, recording full product details and the final amount.
Certificate of origin
The official proof of where the goods were made — it unlocks tariff preferences in some destinations.
Packing list
The count, weight and dimensions of every package — what customs and carriers need to plan the shipment.
Bill of lading
The document of title and delivery for sea freight — it defines the route, destination and terms of carriage.
Cargo insurance policy
Coverage for transport risk — if the cargo is damaged, the claim is tracked and paid through the platform.

Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need to start exporting from Iran?
An account and your company documents (registration number, national ID and activity permits). The platform team reviews them, usually within 48 hours; order documents are generated from your panel in every deal.
How do I find foreign buyers?
Publish your product in the showcase so buyers find you in search and categories; on top of that, buyers' purchase requests (RFQs) in your field are offered to you directly, and you can also use the affiliate network.
How does escrow protect me?
The buyer's funds stay with the platform until safe receipt is confirmed — so the seller knows the money exists before shipping, and the buyer only releases it for goods actually received. If a dispute arises, the funds stay protected until the arbitration team decides.
How do I handle international shipping?
In the same purchase flow, you choose among the platform's partner carriers; the cost is calculated automatically from weight, volume, origin and destination, and the shipment can be tracked in real time with a tracking code.
I don't speak a foreign language — how do I negotiate?
Chat messages are automatically translated into the other side's language — just write in Persian and read the replies in Persian too. For more important talks, calls with live translation are also available.
How long does the first export take?
From sign-up to company approval it usually takes two business days. The negotiation and shipping period depends on your agreement and destination — but because the whole path stays inside the platform, everything moves faster than the traditional route.
