The freelancer–employer guide
How do freelancers and employers find each other?
The employer posts a project, freelancers send proposals and the employer picks the best. Everything — amount, delivery time and secure payment — is recorded transparently in the platform's panel, so both sides work together without middlemen or worry.

Frequently asked questions
Who can post a project?
Any employer who needs a specialist — company, trader or individual. From the employer panel you describe the work, budget and deadline, and proposals gather there.
How does a freelancer find projects?
From the "Find work" page in the dashboard. They see open projects, send proposals for work matching their skills, and follow their status on "My proposals".
What is in a proposal?
The proposed amount, the delivery time in days and a short note on why you are right for the job.
What happens after a proposal is accepted?
The collaboration formally begins and the project status changes to "in progress" in both panels. After delivery and confirmation, payment happens through the platform's escrow mechanism.
Does posting a project cost anything?
Posting a project is free. Payment happens only once the work is done and confirmed — and until then the funds stay with the platform.
